Information contained in job postings, resumes, communications with other users, and any other information posted on the site are the responsibility of the users who have posted such information. Protallian may, but is not obligated to, monitor such postings. You agree that you will not post any purposely misleading or inaccurate information. You also agree that you will not post any inappropriate content, including but not limited to defamatory, illegal, copyrighted, or indecent material, nor material that could reasonably be considered offensive or "trolling."

Termination. At any time and for any reason, you or we may terminate your access to the service. We may limit access to the service or terminate the service or any individual aspect of the service at any time.

No warranty. We provide the web site and our service as-is and as available. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any information provided. We give no warranties or guarantees. We exclude any implied warranties including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. You can recover only direct damages up to the amount of your payments for one month's fees. You cannot recover any other damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect, incidental or punitive damages.

Changes to this agreement. Protallian may find it necessary to modify these terms in the future. Any such modifications will be posted to this page. Your continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
