What are your consultants' hourly rates?
We put you in direct contact with candidates. You and the candidate agree on the rate.

Does Protallian provide payroll services?
No. You can pay your contractors on a corp-to-corp, 1099, or W-2 basis, using your own Accounts Payable or Payroll departments or any third-party payroll service.

What does this service cost?
It costs you nothing unless you retain the services of one of our consultants. We will then bill you a small fee per hour worked. A portion of this fee is shared with our members.

Do recruiting/staffing firms draw from your network?
Our goal is to reduce the cost of your contingent workforce. Therefore, we invite principals only—not recruiting firms—to use this service.
